Verdict

An advanced energy-economy archetype for players who already field Blossom and Remora. Done right it lets a Cosmos carry chain Ultimates far faster than normal; the cost is the setup — you need a Cosmos anchor, an Anima Blossom unit and a Lakshana Remora unit all online. High payoff, high roster requirement.

The reaction — and why it's a team

Charge chains once both Blossom and Remora are active on the target: Grants the active character 10 additional Ultimate Energy when Vita Pistils hit targets affected by Remora. An Ultimate-battery trio — keep a Blossom line and a Remora line both live so Pistils hit Slowed targets and refund energy.

Chiz

Hanahaki Disease: Charge Enhancement: Grants active characters 4 additional Ultimate Energy.

Stacks more energy on top of Charge's base 10 — the deepest-loop Cosmos battery.

Edgar

Gentle Edge: Charge Enhancement: Grants 120 Ultimate Energy instantly when a character triggers Charge using a Support Skill. Disables Ultimate Energy gain from Vita Pistils hitting Slowed targets afterward. Cooldown: 30s.

A burst of 120 energy on demand — the budget Cosmos way to kick-start an Ultimate.

Cosmos Charge Engine

Played meta

Chiz, Hathor and Jiuyuan cover all three trio elements (Cosmos + Anima + Lakshana), so Blossom and Remora are both live — Pistils slam Slowed targets and refund energy (+4 per hit from Chiz). Chiz hoards Grain, detonates in a burst window, then offloads while she recharges; Nanally floods extra Pistils.

Zero Charge Burst

Damage focus

Jiuyuan's 6-Bud field maximises refund hits; Edgar kick-starts the first Ultimate with 120 energy; Zero converts the rapid Ultimates into Cosmos nukes.

Rotation principle

The frame-perfect loop depends on the carry — open that character's own guide for it. The archetype loop is always the same:

Set up Blossom

Trigger Cosmos + Anima to spawn Vita Buds firing Pistils.

Set up Remora

Trigger Lakshana + Cosmos so the target is Slowed — now Pistils hitting it qualify for Charge.

Collect energy

Every Pistil hit on the Slowed target refunds 10 Ultimate Energy (+4 with Chiz). Edgar can dump 120 instantly via Support Skill.

Spend Ultimates

Pour the banked energy into the Cosmos carry's Ultimate; Lost Radiance shreds 25% DEF for 20s on each cast. Re-trigger both reactions and repeat.

  • The highest roster requirement of any archetype — you need a Cosmos anchor, an Anima Blossom unit and a Lakshana Remora unit all at once.
  • Charge only refunds when Pistils hit Slowed targets, so both parent reactions must stay live simultaneously.
  • Edgar's 120-energy burst disables Pistil energy gain for its window — use it to kick-start, not as the main source.
