Gameplay — Lethal Rose Pact & Pact Settlement

Jiuyuan runs a bind-and-detonate economy. Her attacks and Intel Hunter stamp Lethal Rose Pacts on enemies and bank Rose Pact Bullets; Final Reckoning then forces Pact Settlement on every bound target at once, so the loop is always bind targets → stack Pact damage → detonate.

Why she scales with Blossom teams

  • Seize the Moment — Blossom Enhancement: extra Vita Bud and a higher field Vita Bud limit (shared Esper system)
  • Whispers at My Command — Vita Pistil hits bind unbound targets and re-trigger settlements on bound ones

Final Reckoning

Dashes across the field firing on everything, then ends with a large-scale Anima explosion. Triggers Final Reckoning: every target bound by a Lethal Rose Pact within range enters Pact Settlement, and all settlements execute simultaneously on the final hit. This is the payoff button — the more Pacts you have stacked on more targets, the bigger the single detonation.

Dashes in, pulls the target into control range and hits for multiple Anima instances, grants 4 Rose Pact Bullets, and establishes a Lethal Rose Pact. This is both her gather/control tool and the fastest way to load Pacts and Bullets before the ultimate — the engine of the loop.

Up to a 5-hit dual-wield Anima combo that grants 2 Rose Pact Bullets and binds the target with a Lethal Rose Pact on the final hit. A swap-in curved bullet for one instance of Anima DMG that grants 2 Rose Pact Bullets on hit. Cheap, and a clean way to seed Bullets when you rotate Jiuyuan in. Lowest upgrade priority.

Blossom Enhancement: spawns 1 extra Vita Bud and raises the on-field Vita Bud limit to 6. Blossom / Vita Bud is one of NTE's shared Esper Cycle systems — several units (Nanally, Hotori and others) interact with it — so this is Jiuyuan plugging into that shared field mechanic, not a personal gimmick.

Binds unbound targets with a Lethal Rose Pact when Vita Pistils hit them, and triggers an extra settlement on already-bound targets for an additional 15% × Anima DMG. This is what ties her Pact economy to the shared Blossom system — in a Blossom team her Pacts spread and detonate far more often.

Optimal Rotation

  1. Seed Bullets and Pacts

    Open with When Secrets Take Shape combos and Intel Lock-On on swap-in to bank Rose Pact Bullets, and land first Lethal Rose Pacts on the final combo hit.

  2. Gather with Intel Hunter

    Cast Intel Hunter to pull targets into control range, deal the multi-hit Anima burst, gain 4 Bullets and establish another Pact. This is how you get many enemies bound and clustered before the ultimate.

  3. Spread Pacts

    Hold Info-Guided Arts to spend Bullets on auto-fire that prioritises Pact targets. In a Blossom team, Whispers at My Command spreads new Pacts through Vita Pistil hits — maximise bound targets here.

  4. Detonate with Final Reckoning

    Once targets are bound and grouped, cast Final Reckoning. Every Pact within range enters Pact Settlement and all detonate on the final hit (AoE with A4). This is the damage spike — never cast it on 0 Pacts.

  5. Re-bind and repeat

    Immediately re-seed Bullets and Pacts with combos / Intel Hunter while the ultimate recharges. Her damage is paced around stacking Pacts then cashing them in — repeat the loop.

Golden rule: never cast Final Reckoning on an empty Pact board — bind first, detonate second.
