Esper list - Sea Angler — worked example

Sea Angler guide
Life Skills are the City/Tycoon system — they are NOT the Esper combat kit and do not appear on the combat/skill screen. The game data exposes no in-game unlock condition or menu placement (unlock is null), so this guide documents WHAT each ability does, not a verified step-by-step of where to toggle it in-game.
