Station 7 introduces the boss Wayward Mud plus a heavy Tin Soldier wave. Two-half clear is required, and the optimal comp differs per half — bring a single-target burst comp for the Inbound boss and a wide AoE comp for the Outbound add wave.

Enemies & Key Mechanics

  • Wayward Mud (boss) periodically reshapes — wait for the cohesive form before bursting, otherwise damage is split across slime instances.
  • Saddy Teddy (mini-boss) spawns once and one-shots low-DEF units with a weapon swing. Bait the swing, then retaliate.
  • Tin Soldiers come in two colours: Blue casts a shield on hit, Red applies a damage debuff. Burn them down quickly to avoid the stack.

Single-target burst

Best opener for the Inbound boss (Wayward Mud) — concentrated burst window catches the cohesive phase.

Open with Haniel shield + Jiuyuan ATK buff, hold Chiz's mark, then dump Hathor's feather burst the instant Wayward Mud reforms.

Plasma alternative

Skip if you don't have Chiz — Nanally's follow-up burst is also good on the cohesive form.

Sakiri gather → Nanally Authority burst → swap to Jiuyuan for cleanup.

Outbound Formation

Second half · 2 options

AoE wave clear

Outbound is two Tin Soldier squads + adds — pick the comp with the strongest sustained AoE.

Sakiri pulls the squad, Hotori freezes, Zero's follow-ups annihilate the frozen wave. Use Haniel only if HP drops.

Anima burst alt

Game-recommended secondary element for this station — Plasma + Anima cover Tin Soldier weakness.

Three-stack is enough — Outbound is short. Skip Haniel and bring a fourth DPS slot if you trust your dodges.

Tips

  • Red Tin Soldiers debuff your damage on hit — kite them with Sakiri's pull before bursting.
  • Saddy Teddy's swing has a 1.2s telegraph. If you're not confident dodging, swap to a tank/shield character for the windup.
