Combat balance

Monster stat rebalances: 19 monsters

The most dramatic part of the update. World bosses were nerfed by up to ‑87% HP, while several early-zone enemies received eye-watering buffs in the +800% range to give them real combat presence at the new world levels.

World bosses: heavy nerfs

Element coverage

Elemental weakness changes: 16 monsters

Sixteen monsters had their weakness profile reworked. Several lost their weakness entirely (Removed), while others gained or swapped elements. If your team was built around hitting a specific weakness, double-check before re-running content.

Weakness removed entirely

Weakness swapped or expanded

Gathering

12 animals now drop items

Twelve passive animals that previously had no loot now yield Poultry, Small Meat or Large Meat on kill. Cooking and food-buff farming routes get a real boost.

Poultry sources

Small Meat sources

Large Meat source

  • HorseNow drops Large Meat, first farmable overworld source for this material outside of dedicated boss runs.
Loot rework

Drop table overhaul: 95 monsters

95 monsters had their drop tables modified. The majority of changes are removals: most overworld mobs had bloated drop tables trimmed, mostly losing the redundant Destruction / Fighting Spirit / Magic Fragment entries that bloated their loot pools.

Pattern: fragment cleanup

  • Most affected「Corrupted」 Gorra (Fighter / Overseer / Spotter / Thrower), 「Corrupted」 Walker (Shaman / Warrior), Worker Spiders (Agile / Brown / Colorful), Liones Soldiers, Boom Flower, Brave Pirate, Big-horn Bat, Cursed Fairy, Dark Bat, Dawnfall Bison, Dead Forest Golem, etc.
  • Typical changeDrop count 80 → 56. Removed: Destruction Fragment, Fighting Spirit Fragment, Magic Fragment + 5 more redundant fragment entries per monster.
  • Larger poolsBrown Worker Spider 320 → 224, Ailing Fairy 124 → 100, Corrupted Forest Guardian 124 → 100, Dawnfall Bison 103 → 79.
Loot economy

Gear & weapon drop rate changes

The patch made surgical drop-rate edits across 95 gear pieces and 120 weapons sourced from overworld monsters.

  • Gear (95 items)664 sources buffed, only 49 nerfed. Most common gear drops increased by ~19% (e.g. 8.1% → 9.7%, 30.4% → 36.2%).
  • Weapons (120 items)444 sources buffed and 444 nerfed, a major redistribution. Some sub-drops jumped from 1.6% to 58%, others fell from 6.1% to 2.2%. Net result: weapon farming routes need to be re-evaluated, especially if you targeted a specific drop.
Mastery economy

Boss & dungeon Mastery EXP nerfs

Mastery EXP rewards from world bosses and most dungeons were cut to 60–75% of their previous value. The change pushes Mastery progression away from the easiest content and aligns it with the new Abyss difficulty's reward floor.

Dungeon changes: Abyss tier + reward bumps

Two dungeons received the brand-new Abyss difficulty, and most existing dungeons got a small bump in their reward drop count to compensate for the Mastery EXP nerf.
