How to build a squad

Ananta is non-gacha and built around real-time role-switching, so a good squad is about covering roles, not chasing rarity. Tap characters above to fill the four slots; everything saves on this device. The principles below carry into the launch meta.

Seamless role-switching

Players swap between A.C.D. Task Force members (Captain, Taffy, Richie, Seymour) in real time mid-mission. A 'team' is the set you bring, not a gacha pull — every character is unlocked through play.

Cover the four archetypes

Each member maps to a day-job role: lead investigator (Captain), delivery/mobility (Taffy), police-procedural brawler (Richie), tech/tracker (Seymour). A balanced squad spans traversal, crowd control and precision.

Environment as the extra member

Combat power scales with picked-up props, the weapon wheel and disarmed enemy weapons — squad value depends on synergy with terrain and vehicles, not raw stats alone.

No pull luck

Because Ananta is non-gacha, team quality is decided by player skill and progression, not banner RNG — comps here will be 'best playstyle', not 'best banner'.
