Ananta Release Date & Platforms
Ananta targets a 2026 release window with no exact day confirmed. Here's everything official on platforms, cross-play, the January 2026 closed test, PC system requirements and what's still unknown.
Release window
Ananta is currently targeting a release window of 2026. No exact day has been confirmed publicly — treat it as a window, not a date.
Announced: August 24, 2023 (announced as Project Mugen at Gamescom). Renamed to Ananta on November 29, 2024; new trailer published December 5, 2024.
Pre-registration is open at https://www.anantagame.com/ (opened 2024-12-05). No pre-registration reward tiers have been published by NetEase as of June 13, 2026. anantagame.com/fab/ shows the pre-registration form but no milestone-gated cosmetics or items.

Cross-play & cross-progression
Cross-play between PC, PlayStation 5 and mobile (iOS / Android) is widely reported and consistent with NetEase's single-account, multi-platform launch plan. It is NOT stated in the September 22, 2025 TGS press release (which only lists 'PC, PlayStation 5 and mobile platforms') — treat it as reported rather than formally itemised until NetEase details it.
Cross-progression (one account, all devices) is reported alongside cross-play but, like cross-play, is not spelled out in the September 22, 2025 press release. Treat as expected pending a clearer official source.
