Lykaia

Lykaia is the Prime Minister of Nova City and the highest-ranked playable character announced for Ananta. She was revealed in early December 2024 alongside Ringo and Aileen, and reappears in the September 2025 gameplay trailer. Hands-on previews show her as a driver-and-police character: she drives while the player shoots from the passenger seat, and she can scan, search, ticket and arrest civilians out in the open world, each action triggering its own reactions. She was not playable in the January 2026 Closed Technical Test — later tests or launch will be the first chance to play her. Community write-ups add that she also directs Nova City's police agency (which would place fellow officer Richie under her authority), classify her as a wolf-type Esper, and mention a spear as her weapon — but NetEase has only stated her wolf-like instincts, not a dual title, an Esper typing or that weapon.

Shown in hands-on demos as a driver-and-cop: she takes the wheel while the player fires from the passenger seat, and she carries out police actions in the open world — scanning civilians against a database, frisking them, issuing citations and making arrests, each unlocking unique reactions. Her full combat kit hasn't been revealed.

Not detailed publicly. Her police-and-political standing points to a higher-stakes, mission-driven loop rather than a routine day-job grind.
