A Rare single-use item obtainable in Pink Paws Heist. Unlocks the door to the Electrical Room on the Collection Floor. Can be taken out of the bank. Carry up to 3.

Where to find it
The bank has four floors — Lobby, Office, Collection and Vault. "Chance" is how often this item turns up when a container of that kind is opened, relative to everything else inside it (the game never shows an exact percentage). Higher-value loot is rarer per container.
