An Epic single-use item obtainable in Pink Paws Heist. Used with Advanced Clearance Card I to unlock the gate to the bank's most magnificent vault. Can be taken out of the bank. Carry up to 2.

Where to find it
The bank has four floors — Lobby, Office, Collection and Vault. "Chance" is how often this item turns up when a container of that kind is opened, relative to everything else inside it (the game never shows an exact percentage). Higher-value loot is rarer per container.
