About NTE Anomaly Furniture
Full Neverness to Everness furniture catalogue — 345 items across four grades (S, A, B, C). Each regular piece contributes Comfort and Collection points; a handful of special pieces grant unique effects instead. Browse every item with its grade, stats and icon.
Regular furniture and stats
Most furniture pieces are regular stat items. Each one contributes points to the Comfort and Collection totals of the property it is placed in — the higher the grade, the more points per piece. The catalogue lists every item with its exact stat values so you can plan which pieces to chase for a given property build.
Special furniture
A small set of furniture pieces are flagged as special: they grant a unique effect described in their tooltip (for example clearing your warrant on entry, unlocking a side activity, or modifying a specific gameplay rule). Special pieces do not contribute Comfort or Collection points — they exist for their mechanic, not their stat line.
Quality grades
Furniture comes in four grades — S, A, B and C. Higher grades give more points per piece. The catalogue tags each item with its grade so you can filter the list when you are building toward a specific stat target.

- How many furniture pieces are listed?
- 345 items across all four grades: 96 S-grade, 80 A-grade, 149 B-grade and 20 C-grade. A subset (18 items, all S-grade) are special furniture with unique effects instead of stats.
- What is the difference between regular and special furniture?
- Regular furniture contributes Comfort and Collection points to your property — the more pieces you place, the higher your totals. Special furniture pieces grant a one-off effect described in their tooltip; they occupy a slot but do not add stat points.

Property tiers and types
Properties are graded into three tiers — L Property (entry-level lofts and small apartments), LL Property (mid-tier apartments), and LLL Property (top-tier high-rises and villas). Each tier corresponds to a building type: OfficeBuilding lofts, Apartment units, or stand-alone Villas. The card preview, address and full description on the detail page help you pick by neighbourhood vibe as much as by tier.
Price, parking and location
Prices are quoted in Fons and span a wide range, from entry-level lofts in commercial districts to top-tier villas on the city's premium ridges. Some properties include parking slots; the count is shown on each card. Every property is plotted on the interactive map via its coordinates, so you can verify the district and neighbours before committing.

- How many properties are on sale?
- Six properties are currently listed across four districts of Hethereau (Illusion Town, Bridge Crossings, Miguel District and New Herland District). The catalogue updates whenever new properties are added to the live game.
- What does the L / LL / LLL grade mean?
- Those are the property tiers used in the game's real-estate UI. L Property is the entry-level tier (small lofts and starter apartments), LL Property is the mid-tier (larger apartments in prime districts), and LLL Property is the top-tier (premium high-rises and full villas). The grade reflects both size and price bracket.

Reading the stat sheet
Each vehicle has seven base stats: top speed, acceleration, shift speed, ride height, dampening, drift and braking. Every stat is graded on an S/A/B/C tier alongside its raw value, and the vehicle's overall tier is derived from its total. Tier is the fastest way to compare two vehicles side by side — the per-stat breakdown tells you where the gap actually is.
Brand, type and modifiability
Vehicles split into cars and motorcycles and are grouped by brand. Some vehicles support module customisation (the module slot count is shown on each card) and some offer additional skins. The price column shows the Fons cost when applicable; rotation rewards and event vehicles are flagged separately.

- What is the difference between S, A, B and C tier?
- Tier is the overall grade computed from a vehicle's stat total. S is best, C is entry-level. Within a tier, the per-stat breakdown decides whether a vehicle is built for top-speed runs, for technical handling, or as a balanced all-rounder.
- Can every vehicle be customised?
- No. Vehicles flagged as modifiable can accept modules; others are fixed. Module count varies — some vehicles offer dozens of slots, others none. The detail page shows the exact slot count and whether skin variants are available.
