Anomaly Story
The "Tally of Ages", also known as the "Register", is the Derivative Anomaly of Anomaly C-0312 (Or), the Debt Collector. The "debtors" who are hunted by the Debt Collector, along with the "debts" they owe, are recorded within the Tally of Ages. When a debt has been cleared, the debtor vanishes along with it.
