TL;DR — 5 Steps
- Find the PUKA signboardBridge Crossings district. The PUKA storefront sign is easy to spot from street level along the main avenue.
- Climb the adjacent rooftopYou don't want PUKA itself — you want the building directly next to it. Use the fire escape or the accessible side staircase to reach the roof.
- Pick the provocation dialogSame three choices as every other Ora Puncher encounter. "Don't you have the guts to fight fair? Coward!" extends the timer to 180 seconds.
- Use the rooftop spaceThis is the most open of the three Ora Puncher arenas. Kite the heavy hook outward to widen the cooldown gap and stack parries on the jab string.
- Loot Oraora!, repeatFirst clear is guaranteed. Reclear for refinement shards; alt sources are Backstreet Boxer, Court Boxer and Party Boxer.
Reaching the Rooftop
- Open the world map and fast-travel to the closest Bridge Crossings phone booth.
- Walk down the main avenue until you find the PUKA storefront — the lettering is large enough to read from a block away.
- Look at the building directly next to PUKA (NOT the PUKA building itself). It has a side fire escape or accessible exterior staircase.
- Climb to the rooftop. The arena unlocks the moment you step onto the flat roof.
- Ora Puncher stands near the centre of the rooftop. Initiate dialog — three response options appear.
- Pick "Don't you have the guts to fight fair? Coward!" — this is the 180-second timer option.
- Defeat Ora Puncher inside 180 seconds to clear the commission and trigger the Oraora! Arc drop.
Boss: Ora Puncher
Identical Ora Puncher kit to Backstreet and Court Boxer — parry-leaning jab strings, a heavy hook on the longest tell, and a feint that catches greedy parry attempts. What sets Rooftop Boxer apart is the arena: the roof is genuinely open in every direction. Use the space to kite the heavy hook outward, build a wider parry-cooldown gap, and avoid the cluster-corner pressure that catches new players on the smaller arenas.
Jab string
ParryTell: Quick step forward, lead shoulder dips before the punch.
Each jab is independently parryable. Drop into a parry loop on this attack to top up your Oraora! stack count once the Arc is equipped — it ramps the wearer's Basic Attack DMG by 2-3.6% per stack.
Heavy hook
DodgeTell: Ora Puncher pivots their hips and the punching arm winds back fully — visibly longer than the jab.
The biggest single hit in the fight. Don't try to parry — hyper-armour eats most parry attempts. Dodge laterally toward the open rooftop — Rooftop Boxer gives you genuine space to walk the hook off-screen and free-burst the recovery.
Feint
HoldTell: Shoulder dip without follow-through (the same starting frame as the jab, but the arm never extends).
Counters greedy parry players. If you parry on the dip and Ora Puncher feints, you eat the actual jab one beat later. Parry on the punch frame, not the dip frame.

The Reward — Oraora!
| Base ATK lv 1 → lv 80 | 25 → 395 |
| Substat ATK% lv 1 → lv 80 | 15% → 37.5% |
| Passive — Ora Puncher | Each time the wearer deals damage with a Basic Attack, their Basic Attack DMG dealt is increased by 2.00% (R1) → 2.40% (R2) → 2.80% (R3) → 3.20% (R4) → 3.60% (R5). Lasts 10 s. Stacks up to 10 times. Max bonus: +20% Basic Attack DMG at R1, +36% at R5. |
| Refinement | 5 refinement levels. Each refinement adds +0.40 percentage points per stack — the difference between R1 and R5 at full 10 stacks is +16 percentage points of basic-attack damage. Worth pushing to R5 since the Arc lives on the stacked basic-attack multiplier. |
| Best users | Nanally (S-Rank — basic-attack heavy DPS rotation feeds the ramp), Aurelia (A-Rank — her psyche burst loops also lean on basic-attack chains). Less interesting on Esper Cycle DPS who finish encounters from Skill / Ultimate hits. |
Best free A-Rank Plasma Arc for basic-attack DPS rotations. Four anomalies share this drop — R5 is genuinely achievable in 4 weeks without duplicate luck.

Pro Tips & Common Pitfalls
- ALWAYS pick the provoke dialog. The polite "Please spar with me!" line sets a 30-second timer that's only beatable with a fully meta-geared roster.
- Rooftop Boxer's arena is the largest of the three Lv II Ora Puncher locations. Use it. Kite outward on the heavy hook, parry the jab string on the return.
- Don't worry about falling off the roof — the arena is invisibly walled. You won't lose the fight to map geometry.
- Same Ora Puncher pattern as Backstreet and Court Boxer — once mastered here, both other locations are mechanically identical.
- Party Boxer (Lv IV) is the same Arc but a different boss-tier fight. The 3 Lv II Boxers are the convenient farm route.
- Refinement plan: this commission + Backstreet Boxer + Court Boxer + Party Boxer = 4 Oraora! shards per weekly cycle. R1 → R5 in 5 weeks.
