Power Saver — Eternal Lamps
A nighttime-only combat anomaly in a Miguel District back-alley park. Wait for the Wertheimer Index fluctuation, defeat the three Eternal Lamps, walk out with the standard Lv II routine-commission payout. No Arc, no flavour beyond the electric-light theme — just a clean farm slot for your weekly anomaly checklist.

TL;DR — 5 Steps
- Travel to Ironheart 9th AvenueMiguel District. Look for Wertheimer Tower as your visual anchor — the trigger park is southeast of it.
- Wait until night (or skip time)The Eternal Lamps anomaly is a nighttime trigger. Visit the park during the day and nothing spawns — use a bench or wait-system to advance the in-game clock if you arrive at the wrong time.
- Find the back-alley fitness parkA small park tucked behind the main avenue. Once you arrive, the screen darkens with a Wertheimer Index fluctuation warning.
- Defeat all 3 Eternal LampsLantern-shaped anomaly objects scattered around the park. They hit weakly individually but cluster their pulses — clear them in any order, focus the closest one first to thin the AoE pressure.
- Loot the commission payoutStandard Lv II rewards. No Arc, no signature drop — Power Saver is a pure routine commission for currency and anomaly materials.
Reaching the Park
- Open the world map and fast-travel to a phone booth near Ironheart 9th Avenue in Miguel District.
- Look for Wertheimer Tower in the skyline — it's a tall fixed landmark.
- Walk southeast from the tower toward the back-alley district.
- Find the small fitness park tucked between buildings — it has outdoor exercise equipment and a few park lamps.
- If it's daytime when you arrive, the park looks completely ordinary. Use the in-game wait system (typically via a bench) to advance to night.
- At night, walking into the park triggers a Wertheimer Index fluctuation warning and the lighting darkens.
- Three Eternal Lamps spawn around the park as small lantern-shaped anomalies. Defeat all three to complete the commission.
Enemies: Eternal Lamps
Three lantern-themed anomaly objects, not a single boss. Each Lamp has roughly the same Lv II HP pool as a generic field mob. The fight only becomes interesting if you let all three pulse at the same time — solo Lamp damage is negligible, but three overlapping light pulses can blow through a low-DEF DPS surprisingly quickly. Power Saver's theme is the anomaly form of electric light itself, which is the only flavour the commission really gives you.
Light pulse
DodgeTell: The Lamp's bulb brightens visibly a fraction of a second before the radial pulse.
Standard radial AoE. Sidestep on the brightness frame and the pulse misses entirely.
Cluster pulse
RepositionTell: Two or three Lamps brighten together — the entire park lights up briefly.
The only real pressure mechanic. Kite away from the central group and burst one Lamp at a time from the perimeter — overlap-pulses are what kill under-geared rosters here.

Pro Tips & Common Pitfalls
- Power Saver is a strictly night-time trigger. If you arrive during the day and nothing happens, advance the in-game clock — don't assume the commission is bugged.
- Focus one Lamp at a time. AoE that splashes all three keeps them at synchronised HP, which means synchronised pulses — that's when overlap damage spikes hardest.
- There's no Arc reward here. Don't reclear Power Saver expecting a refinement loop — once you've taken the commission payout, your time is better spent on Arc-bearing anomalies.
- The Wertheimer Index fluctuation warning is purely cosmetic on Power Saver — it doesn't gate anything mechanical, it just tells you the trigger fired.
- Bring a Plasma profile to your team for the small Esper Cycle bonus on overcharged objects — Power Saver leans into electric flavour even if the damage type isn't strictly elemental.
