C's Cube — Proliferative C

The Unheard Shores counterpart to C's Tower. Proximity-spawn block maze north of Wertheimer Tower, climb to the summit, fight the same Proliferative C boss — but here the split kicks in at 50% HP instead of 33%, and the Chaos weakness lines up cleanly with Daffodill.

TL;DR — 5 Steps

  1. Travel north of Wertheimer TowerUnheard Shores. The anomaly seal is between Orichalcos Imaginist and Serenetti Manor — visible landmarks for orientation.
  2. Walk into the proximity zoneBoxes only materialise when you're close. You can't plan the maze from a distance — commit and let it build around you.
  3. Climb to the entity at the topTake your time on transitions between block clusters. Falling is a soft fail but wastes minutes.
  4. Bring Chaos damageDaffodill is the cleanest fit — Chaos weakness + the Arc you may have farmed from her own signature anomaly (The Book of Post-Adolescence).
  5. Save burst for the 50% splitProliferative C bisects at half HP. Drop both copies as fast as possible to avoid the joint-attack pressure.

How to Trigger

  1. Travel to Unheard Shores and head north of Wertheimer Tower.
  2. Identify the cluster of buildings near Orichalcos Imaginist and Serenetti Manor — the anomaly seal sits in the open ground between them.
  3. Approach the seal. As soon as you cross the proximity threshold, the labyrinth of glowing boxes spawns around you.
  4. Begin climbing — only nearby blocks render, so the path reveals itself as you ascend.
  5. Reach the top platform. Proliferative C spawns automatically and combat begins.

Boss: Proliferative C

The same anomaly entity as the boss in C's Tower, but with two differences in this version: the split happens at 50% HP instead of 33%, and the elemental weakness is officially Chaos here. The early split gives you longer to manage the dual-copy phase, so survivability planning matters more than in the Bridge Crossings version.

Aggressive melee chains

Dodge / Parry

Tell: Fast close-in attacks with minimal wind-up.

Identical to C's Tower — chain has 3-4 follow-ups, hold dodge through the cluster.

Ranged shot

Dodge

Tell: Brief stationary pose, then arcing projectile.

Side-step rather than back-dodge; backward motion attracts the homing.

Split (≈ 50% HP)

Burst phase

Tell: The boss freezes, then divides into two copies. Watch for the synchronised "joint attack" — both copies firing the same move at the same target.

Joint attacks deal much higher damage than single-copy attacks. Save Ultimates for here — focusing one copy below ~10% HP detonates both.

Pro Tips & Common Pitfalls

  • The proximity-spawn boxes mean you cannot scout the maze from afar. Don't waste time circling — commit to the seal and adapt as the blocks appear.
  • Compared to C's Tower, the earlier 50% split means more total time spent fighting both clones. Bring more sustained-damage profiles, less pure single-target burst.
  • Daffodill's Support Skill cadence powers Youthful Fantasy's chain mechanic if you've already farmed it. If not, any Chaos main works — the weakness multiplier is the bigger factor than the Arc.
  • Both Proliferative C anomalies share an HP pool between the two copies during the split. Spread damage is wasted — pick one copy and burn it down.
  • If you only need one Proliferative C clear for completion tracking, do C's Tower instead — the 33% split there means less time in the dangerous phase. C's Cube is a slightly harder fight overall.
