How to Enter the TV World

The entry point is hidden behind a residential house. Take the side path, loop to the back, and interact with the TV — the school world loads automatically.

  1. Open the world map and fast-travel to Bridge Crossings.
  2. Walk into the alley between Coastal Highway Z42 and White Parrot Street.
  3. Identify the red house decorated with graffiti — it's the visual anchor for the entire commission.
  4. Take the narrow path running alongside the house, heading toward its rear.
  5. Behind the house you'll see a shelving unit holding an old, switched-on TV.
  6. Interact with the TV. The screen flares, you're pulled in, and the school environment loads automatically.

Core Mechanics

Shadow Students (reverse line-of-sight)

Two student-shaped silhouettes patrol the hallways. They stay completely frozen as long as you keep them in your view — face them and they cannot move. The moment your camera looks away, they sprint toward you. If they touch you, you're warped back to the spawn point and any unclaimed keys reset. Combine this with the Office Key carrying mechanic and they become both obstacles and key holders.

Key holding

One of the two Shadow Students carries the Office Key visibly around its neck. To take the key, you must approach the student while maintaining eye contact, get into interaction range, and prompt the key handover. Looking away mid-approach voids the progress and resets the student's chase logic.

Hallway notes

Two short notes inside the school give you the puzzle hints: a teacher's note points to the Classroom Key ("under a pot"); a separate hallway note explains the Office Key is held by one of the shadow students. Reading them is optional once you know the solutions but they're the in-world setup.

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

  1. Spawn inside the school. Walk down the first hallway — pots line the far end. Inspect them until you find the Classroom Key tucked under one of them.
  2. Use the Classroom Key on the locked classroom exit doors. This opens access to the upper-floor hallway where the Shadow Students patrol.
  3. Read the hallway note that confirms which student carries the Office Key (visual: dangling key around the neck).
  4. Approach the key-carrying Shadow Student while keeping it on camera at all times. Walk forward smoothly — sudden mouse jerks risk losing the lock and resetting your progress.
  5. Within interaction range, prompt to take the key. The student loses the necklace and the Office Key drops into your inventory.
  6. Walk to the office door. The Office Key opens it — through the office, a smaller room sits past an open doorway at the back.
  7. Inside that room is a second TV — the exit. Interact and press the power button. The anomaly ends and you're returned to the alley.

Pro Tips & Common Pitfalls

  • Lower your mouse / aim sensitivity for this commission. The line-of-sight check is unforgiving — small camera jerks break the lock and reset the Shadow Student to chase mode.
  • If you get respawned, all collected keys reset. Plan the run in one continuous take: Classroom Key first, then bait the Shadow Student into a corridor where you can hold eye contact, then grab the Office Key.
  • The TV at the start is the entry, the TV in the office is the exit — they are not the same object. Pressing the power button on the entry TV does nothing.
  • Headphones help — Shadow Student footsteps cue you in when one is closer than your camera angle suggests. Useful when the second student lurks behind a corner.
  • The Classroom Key is sometimes hidden under a pot that visually looks identical to the others. Inspect every pot at the hallway's end; the prompt only appears on the correct one.
