Crit damage floor — 0% → 100%
Critical-damage rate is the bonus a critical hit adds on top of a normal hit. The balance table now sets a floor on it. Where the floor used to be 0%, it is now 100%.
Per-category gauge-damage table trimmed
The constant skillcategorygaugedmg holds a 'gauge damage' value per skill category. After June 4 it lists only one category where it previously listed seven.
New Combined Attack distance constant
A new constant, combineskill_available_distance, was added at 1600. 'Combineskill' is the game's internal name for Combined Attacks — the follow-up you trigger by pressing Ultimate again when a teammate can chain off the Ultimate just used (Duo or Trio Combined Attack).
Everything else in the diff was non-combat

- last_mainquest — Main-quest progression marker advanced (11000174 → 11000183) — tied to the new Act 14 content, not combat.
- chess_portal_* (×6) — Camera and movement parameters for the Version 1.5 chess-themed raid encounter — not combat stats.

Confirmed unchanged (formula constants)
- Defense scaling — Normal / skill attack coefficients and defense-mitigation constants are unchanged.
- Pierce & Defense Shatter — Pierce default and the 90% shatter cap are unchanged.
- Damage resistance — The 5% damage-resistance floor (max 95% reduction) is unchanged.
- Crit rate — The crit-rate cap is unchanged — only the crit-damage floor moved.
- PvP coefficients — PvP normalisation and effective-HP constants are unchanged.
