The short version

Summoning is the Prayer system — 13 banners in four families. Goddess Prayer pulls your skills (the main power source), Pet Prayer pulls pets, and Gear Prayer pulls equipment by rarity floor. On the standard Skill Prayer a Legendary skill is 2.41% per pull; most pulls return skill shards that merge into full skills.
