Cloud is the launch SR Ice Destroyer ranged and the F2P Ice DPS that scales with bench time. His Passive (Crystal Bullets) generates Ice Crystals at fixed intervals — even while off-field. His Special (Piercing Ice) charges up to 5 Crystals per timed release (2 guaranteed on bosses). Holding the BA button consumes Crystals to fire Rapid-Fire — bursts of Ice DMG that scale linearly with stack count. Cloud has the cleanest stack-and-dump loop in the SR pool.
His Ultimate (Frost Burst) fires a piercing Ice arrow that creates a Glacier Zone — Ice DMG + Ice Affliction on enemies inside. How to play him — Crystal dump rotation
Five steps. Crystal timing is the skill check; Rapid-Fire dump is the payoff.
- 1. Park him in slot 2-3 to farm Crystals off-field — Crystal Bullets passive generates Crystals every X seconds (4s with C4). Cloud passively builds a stack while your main DPS holds the field.
- 2. Tag-In (Frost Wave) for the AoE entry — Wide arrow spread — clears trash lines + builds your initial Crystal stack to ~3-5.
- 3. Special (Piercing Ice) for the timed release — Hold + release at the right moment. Perfect release = 5 Crystals per enemy hit (2 guaranteed on bosses, 3 with C2). Crystal stacking is the loop.
