Cloud is the launch SR Ice Destroyer ranged and the F2P Ice DPS that scales with bench time. His Passive (Crystal Bullets) generates Ice Crystals at fixed intervals — even while off-field. His Special (Piercing Ice) charges up to 5 Crystals per timed release (2 guaranteed on bosses). Holding the BA button consumes Crystals to fire Rapid-Fire — bursts of Ice DMG that scale linearly with stack count. Cloud has the cleanest stack-and-dump loop in the SR pool.

His Ultimate (Frost Burst) fires a piercing Ice arrow that creates a Glacier Zone — Ice DMG + Ice Affliction on enemies inside.
