The short version

Should you build Tioreh?

Tioreh is a free SR support whose value is entirely in team utility, not personal damage. Each weapon channels a different Spirit's Blessing. Book is a Fire debuffer — it shreds enemy Fire Resistance and grants allies +8% Crit Chance against debuffed targets. Wand is a defensive Warden / healer — stacking team Defense plus a sustained party heal. Staff is an Earth-team enabler — stacking ally Earth damage plus a big +25% team Defense passive on Earth Burst.

If you only invest in one path, match it to your team: Book for a Fire composition that wants resistance shred and a crit bump, Wand for raw survivability and healing in any team, or Staff for a dedicated Earth team that wants Defense and Earth-damage scaling. As an SR she is cheap to ascend, which makes her support paths very accessible value.

Bottom line: Tioreh is worth building as a free, budget support — especially Book for Fire teams and Staff for Earth teams. She will not headline an endgame team, but she is an accessible utility piece while you build toward premium SSRs.

  • Book pathFire SupportFire-Res shred + ally crit.
  • Wand pathFire WardenTeam Defense + sustained heal.
  • Staff pathEarth SupportEarth-damage + team Defense.

Strengths

  • Free SR — every account can field her, and she is cheap to ascend.
  • Three full kits in one hero — Book (Fire Supporter), Wand (Fire Warden), Staff (Earth Supporter).
  • Book Fire Ejection cuts enemy Fire Resistance by 15%; the passive then grants allies +8% Crit Chance vs debuffed targets.
  • Staff passive Blessing of the Spirits: Bear grants the whole team +25% Defense for 40 sec on Earth Burst.
  • Wand stacks up to +15% team Defense (Bear Embrace) and a sustained party heal (Healing Fox).
  • Book applies Combustion (−20% enemy Attack) — a defensive debuff on top of the resistance shred.

Weaknesses

  • SR rarity — low base stats and a low 180% combo base; not a damage carry.
  • All three paths are support — almost no personal damage on any of them.
  • Book and Staff are element-locked (Fire / Earth) — their best value needs a matching team.
  • Wand's Healing Fox has a very long 28-second cooldown, so heal timing matters.
  • Her combined-attack data ships no team-bonus text — she contributes utility, not a combo debuff.

Path 1 · Fire · Supporter

Book — the Fire debuff support

The pick for a Fire composition: resistance shred, Combustion and a team crit bump.

Book is Tioreh's Fire-team enabler, channelling the Dragon's Blessing. Fire Ejection is a stance that lowers the enemy's Fire Resistance by 15% for 40 seconds and scales its own damage up the longer she pressures a Combustion-affected target. Lion Beam enhances her Normal Attacks for 10 seconds and tags Combustion onto the enemy — a debuff that cuts their Attack by 20%, so the path adds defensive value alongside the resistance shred.

The reason to run it on any Fire team is the passive Blessing of the Spirits: Dragon — while an enemy has reduced Fire Resistance, every allied hero attacking it gains +8% Crit Chance. Combined with the −15% Fire Resistance, that is a clean, cheap offensive package from a free SR. Her Ultimate, Dragon Breath, adds +20% damage to Combustion targets on top.

Path 2 · Fire · Warden

Wand — the defensive Warden / healer

Not a solo carry. A survivability path: stacking team Defense plus a sustained party heal.

Wand channels the Fox's Blessing into pure survivability. Bear Embrace is a stance that grants all allied heroes +5% Defense for every second it is held, stacking up to three times (+15%) for 40 seconds. Healing Fox is a sustained party heal — 0.35% of Max HP plus 14% of Attack every 0.7 seconds for 10 seconds — on a long 28-second cooldown, so timing it before a damage spike matters.

The passive Blessing of the Spirits: Fox is a safety net: using the Tag Skill restores 15% HP when she is at 30% HP or lower (60-second cooldown). Her Ultimate, Burning Lion, adds a Burn (Fire DoT plus Defense shred) for some offensive contribution. This is the path to pick when a team simply needs a durable, element-flexible healer.

Path 3 · Earth · Supporter

Staff — the Earth-team Defense enabler

A dedicated Earth support: stacking ally Earth damage plus a large team Defense passive.

Staff channels the Bear's Blessing for an Earth team. Celestial Bloom grants all allies in range +3% Earth damage per second, stacking up to five times (+15%) for 40 seconds, and Summon: Sheep drops Wool zones that, when enemies step on them, spike their Burst Gauge by 100 and deal Defense-scaled damage. The passive Blessing of the Spirits: Bear is the headline — whenever an allied hero activates an Earth Burst, the whole team gains +25% Defense for 40 seconds.

Her Ultimate, Bear Landing, deals 161% and adds bonus damage equal to 80% of Defense against Earth-Burst targets. Outside an Earth composition most of this value disappears, so build this path deliberately as a dedicated Earth support core.

Staff skill breakdown (from in-game data)

  1. NormalShooting Star4-hit · 74% total

    Filler combo between support casts.

  2. FirstCelestial BloomCD 10.2s · 62 MP

  3. SecondSummon: SheepCD 25s · 279 MP

138%; creates 5 Wool — enemies stepping on it gain +100 Burst Gauge and take 20% Defense damage.

  4. TagEarth Circle62%

Ally Earth Burst → +25% Defense for all allies for 40 sec.

Potential priority

Each path has its own Potential track unlocked with Tioreh's Potential Points (Exchange Shop, server-capped).

The pattern matches every hero: odd levels (1, 3, 8) are flat Attack / Defense / Max HP — smaller values here because Tioreh is an SR — and even levels are the meaningful skill amplifiers. Prioritise reaching the amp levels.

What the amp levels actually do (per data)

  • BookLv2 Normal +20% / enhanced Normal +25%, Lv4 +5 sec Normal-Attack enhancement, Lv5 more Ultimate damage vs Combustion, Lv6 Normal Skill +30%, Lv7 +10 sec Combustion and more Normal damage, Lv9 Ultimate +30%, Lv10 +50% Movement Speed and Reaction immunity on Normal Skill.
  • WandLv2 Tag +25%, Lv4 +30% passive HP recovery, Lv6 +3% Special-Attack Defense, Lv7 Special-Attack Defense also applies to allies in range, Lv9 +60% Normal Skill healing, Lv10 Tag heals allies in range (15% Attack/sec).
  • StaffLv2 Normal +20%, Lv4 +2% Special-Attack Earth-damage boost, Lv6 Wool hits cut cooldown by 2 sec, Lv7 +20% team Earth damage on the Ultimate, Lv9 +25% extra passive Defense, Lv10 +3 Wool created by the Normal Skill.
Weapons & skins

Weapon and gear direction

Tioreh's compatible grade-5 weapons and what their passives reward.

Tioreh's only grade-5 weapons with passives are the Black Flame Wings line (activating a Burst → +28% Attack and +6% Crit Chance for 10 sec), available on the Book, Wand and Staff weapon types. Since all three paths are pure support, raw-damage weapons matter far less than her team buffs and debuffs — any Burst/crit grade-4 (Crimson Flame, Jet-black) is fine on a budget SR.

Notable compatible weapons (data-listed)

  • Black Flame Wings (g5)Activating a Burst → +28% Attack and +6% Crit Chance for 10 sec. Available on Book, Wand and Staff.
  • Crimson Flame (g4)Activating a Burst → +28% Attack for 10 sec — a strong, accessible option on every path.
  • Jet-black (g4)Using the Ultimate Move → 20% chance of +50% Crit Chance for 7 sec; a cheap utility option.

Costumes

Tioreh ships with the default Adorable Fairy costume, a grade-4 skin Casual Outing, and three grade-5 skins in the data: Daughter of the Forest and Earth, Adventure's Beginning and Fairy's Protection.

Combined attacks

Best teammates

Tioreh's own Combined-Attack base is low (180%) — she is an SR support, not the carry the combo is built around. The numbers below are each partner's Combined-Attack damage as listed in her data; pair her with a high-payload carry whose damage her debuffs and buffs amplify.

Quick answers

FAQ

Which Tioreh weapon should I build first?
Match it to your team. Book for a Fire composition (it shreds 15% Fire Resistance and grants allies +8% Crit Chance against debuffed enemies), Staff for a dedicated Earth team (stacking ally Earth damage plus a +25% team Defense passive on Earth Burst), and Wand when a team simply needs a durable, element-flexible healer.
Is Tioreh worth building as an SR?
Yes for her support value. She is free and cheap to ascend, and Book's Fire-Resistance shred + ally crit, Staff's +25% team Defense on Earth Burst, and Wand's team heals are real, accessible utility while you build toward premium SSRs. She is not a damage carry.
What are the Spirit's Blessings?
Each weapon's passive is a different Spirit's Blessing: Dragon (Book) grants allies +8% Crit Chance vs Fire-Res-reduced enemies; Fox (Wand) is a low-HP self-heal on the Tag Skill; Bear (Staff) grants the whole team +25% Defense for 40 seconds on an Earth Burst.
Who is Tioreh's best Combined-Attack partner?
By the damage values in her data, Drake (461%) is the highest, followed by Meliodas (449%) and King (433%). Her own combo base is only 180% — Tioreh is the support, so build the combo around a high-payload carry.
What does her world passive do?
Vines of the Sacred Tree summons vines to quickly move a set distance — a traversal/repositioning tool for exploration. It has no combat effect and does not change her damage.
